Student Success Coordinator.

About the role

Astria Learning partners with higher education institutions to deliver innovative, technology-driven learning experiences. As a Student Success Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for students navigating their academic journey with our partner institutions — helping them stay on track, feel supported, and ultimately succeed.

What you'll do

• Serve as a dedicated resource for students, answering questions and resolving concerns throughout their academic experience
• Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to those who may need additional guidance or support
• Coordinate with partner institution staff to ensure a seamless student experience across all touchpoints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, using internal systems to track interactions and outcomes
• Assist with onboarding new students, helping them understand available resources and next steps
• Identify patterns in student challenges and share insights with internal teams to improve processes and support materials
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and documentation

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer service, student services, or client-facing support role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Clear and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
• Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
• A genuine commitment to student success and equitable access to education

Nice to have

• Experience working in higher education, ed-tech, or a mission-driven organization
• Familiarity with student information systems or learning management systems (LMS)
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
• Experience with data reporting or basic analytics
